How do I make the payment?
We’ll confirm your list by phone and place a temporary hold on your card (not a charge).
After shopping, we’ll send the T&T receipt and invoice, then charge your card for the exact total plus our service fee. You only pay once your order is complete — no markups, no hidden fees.
What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
I will personally call or text you directly from the aisle. As a T&T expert, I can recommend the best alternatives to ensure you're happy with the substitution, unlike other services that might just skip the item or guess.
What are your delivery days and times?
Can I add an item to my list after I've submitted it?
Yes! The best time to make changes is during our confirmation call. After the call, just send me a text and I'll do my best to add it for you.
