  • Email you a secure payment link for a $50 deposit to confirm your order
Step 3: Receive at Your Door
  • Convenient delivery right to your door (not the lobby), including the original T&T store receipt
  • You will receive a final, itemized invoice via email with a secure link to pay the remaining balance (T&T bill + our service fee - $50 deposit) conveniently online.

To provide a transparent and reliable service, we operate within two clear delivery zones based on distance from T&T Don Mills.

Primary Zone (0 - 6 km radius)

Delivery within our Primary Zone is included in the standard service fee. This area is highlighted on the map on our website.

Extended Zone (6 - 12 km radius)

For deliveries to our Extended Zone, we charge a simple, transparent, flat fee of +$5.00 to help cover additional travel time and gas.

Hi, I'm Thanh. I started The Condo Grocer because I knew there had to be a better, more personal way for our neighbours to get their T&T groceries without the hassle and markup or hidden fees. And I wan to save you time because there are more important things that needs your attention, than grocery.

I love the food at T&T and I'm dedicated to providing a trustworthy, transparent, and friendly service you can count on.

Why should I choose your service over big apps like Instacart or DoorDash?

While delivery apps offer convenience, my service is built on trust, transparency, and a personal touch they can't match. In short, you get:

  • 100% Price Transparency: You pay the true T&T in-store price with zero markups. You always receive the original store receipt with your delivery. Instacart and DoorDash don't provide the original receipt.
  • Expert, Personal Service: You're hiring a dedicated neighbour who is a T&T expert, not a random gig worker. I call you from the store to ensure you get exactly what you want when necessary. Even T&T staffs don't do this with their delivery service.

How do I make the payment?

After we confirm your list, I'll send a secure payment link so that you can pay $50 deposit online to confirm your order. After the complete delivery, we'll send you another secure payment link with the final invoice (T&T bill + our service fee - $50 deposit) for your final payment.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

I will personally call or text you directly from the aisle. As a T&T expert, I can recommend the best alternatives to ensure you're happy with the substitution, unlike other services that might just skip the item or guess.

What are your delivery days and times?

Delivery runs 7-day a week, delivery time is 7-8 pm. If you send in your order before 3:30 pm, you will get your grocery between 7 - 8 pm (same day). You can also choose a specific date in advance on our Google Form.

Can I add an item to my list after I've submitted it?

Yes! The best time to make changes is during our confirmation call. After the call, just send me a text and I'll do my best to add it for you.

Why do you only shop at the T&T Supermarket at Don Mills?

By focusing on one store, I have become an expert on its layout, stock, and quality. This guarantees your shopping is done efficiently and with the best product selection, a promise a shopper juggling multiple stores can't make.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum. Our "Essential Run" tier is designed for smaller orders and top-ups, covering grocery bills up to $90 with an all-inclusive $18 service fee.
